As in a last four years, this year also our trainers spent two weeks in Chamber of craftskills in Dortmund to receive Train the Trainer program.
In order to be in line with up-to-date technologies, and to be able to past that knowledge to ECAP training participants, once in a year ECAP trainers are attending trainings from various topics from our partners in Chamber of craftskills in Dortmund. Last year training focus was on electric vehicles, plug in hybrid systems and driver assistance systems. This year, trainings were concentrated on new CAN electrical arcitecture and new comfort systems on VW group vehicles, fuel injection system on TSI engines, comfort systems of new vehicle generation in BMW group, Flex Ray communication and on next generation of electric vehicles.
We find it essential for our trainers to improve their knowledge permanently, because only in that way they can properly educate their training participants.
